Where other brands cut costs at the expense of quality, we invest in premium materials to deliver the best sleep of your life.

While other brands use cheap foam that feels either too soft / too hard or that doesn’t last, we built ours with CertiPUR-US certified memory foam.

While other brands use cheap polyester covers, we use premium bamboo.

In every component of our pillow, you’ll feel the quality - from the foam, to the cover, to the zipper.

It’s built to last much longer than other pillows, which is why we offer a 10-year warranty.

We know price can be a concern, which is why we offer 20% back for all first-time customers. You can activate that discount here.

For most sleepers, the standard-height pillow works best. If you are on the taller side (above 188cm), or if you have a wider shoulder gap (the space between the end of your shoulder and your neck), we would recommend getting the “Thick” height pillow.

Packages occasionally get lost in the mail or get stolen on your doorstep. We hate it when it happens to us, too.

Not to worry. If your package is lost or stolen, please email us at support@uk.dosaze.com, and we will do our best to make the situation right. We evaluate every case individually, and we usually send a replacement at no cost if your order is lost or stolen.

If you want, you can also purchase package protection through Navidium during the checkout process.

Navidium is an optional package insurance that protects your order if it is lost or stolen after delivery. If this does happen, you'll be able to file a claim to either get your money back or get an additional pillow free of charge. You can see the full terms here.

The pillow relieves neck pain in three ways:

(1) The innovative contour keeps your neck and spine aligned. This helps reduce neck pain, as misalignment is a leading cause during sleep.

(2) The high-density memory foam provides the perfect balance of support and comfort, ensuring your head doesn't dip or shift out of alignment.

(3) The cooling bamboo cover helps regulate your temperature, as improper sleep temperature can contribute to neck pain.

Yes, it is. You can see more details on our certification here. It is also OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, so you can rest assured that you're sleeping on safe, high-quality materials.

Yes, we designed the pillow specifically for side sleepers. The elevated sides are shaped to fit your shoulder gap, and the pillow slopes down to the back to conform to your head and neck's natural angles.

We paid attention to every detail when designing our pillow. The innovative contour keeps your head in place and aligns your neck both horizontally and vertically, while most other neck relief pillows support alignment in only one direction.

In addition, we didn't include "wings" on the side of our pillow like other brands do. While these wings are okay for holding, they get in the way and the sides of the pillows are unusable to sleep on. As a result, those pillows only offer one usable sleep height, which is the height of the center. Since different sleep positions often require different heights, those pillows are not ideal for combination sleepers.

Finally, we used only the highest quality memory foam and bamboo in our product, while others tend to cut corners with recycled or low density foam and polyester covers.
